For families

Support for someone you love.
Space for their independence.

You want them to feel comfortable using their technology. We give them time to ask questions, practice and make their own choices.

Caregiver Help · Ask TEI

What can we help
you do today?

You don’t need the technical words. Tell us where you’re getting stuck, and we’ll take it from there.

This is a request for guidance, not a booked visit. We’ll discuss any paid help before you commit. This form is not monitored for emergencies.

For example: “I’d like to make the words bigger on my phone.” Or “I’m helping my dad share a photo.”

Please don’t include passwords, verification codes, card or account numbers, medical records, or other private details. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services now. TEI provides technology guidance, not medical or financial advice.

Device details or a screenshot (optional)

One PNG or JPEG image, up to 5 MB. Crop out names, messages, faces, account details and notifications first. Images stay private and are never sent to AI. Other file types are not accepted.

How can we reach you?

Please give us an email address or phone number. You’ll also receive a private page to check for our reply.

Privacy & optional permissions

Your original question stays private. TEI staff use it to help you and understand common needs. Topic and outcome counts do not include your words or contact details.

These choices are optional. You can get help without selecting either.

Staff remove identifying details from a summary before sending it to an AI service. Your image is never sent. The service may retain the summary under its own policies. A person must approve any response.

A person separately checks any public answer for accuracy and privacy.

Private page access and screenshots expire after 30 days. Private request content is due for staff cleanup after 180 days. Contact TEI to ask for removal sooner.

Help that starts
with listening.

A parent might want to share photos. A partner might want to join a video appointment. Their goal sets the direction.

  1. Tell us what would help.

Share the everyday task your family member wants to feel more comfortable doing.

  2. Keep them part of the conversation.

We work with their consent, explain each step and respect their privacy.

  3. Make room for practice.

They use their own device and try the steps themselves, with patient guidance.

Clear costs before a visit.

Personal house calls are $75 for the first 30 minutes, then $50 for each additional 30 minutes. We discuss any extra time before continuing.
